Can I host adult / pornographic websites on your server?
No. We do not host adult websites, and reserve the right to reject any website that we consider inappropriate or offensive, or that violates copyrights, trademarks, or any legal statutes.
Can I have more than one domain name?
Yes. We can point other domain names to your primary website address.
Do I have 24/7 unlimited access to update my pages?
Yes. You can log on and edit your website any time, day or night.
How many email addresses do I get?
The number of email accounts (mailboxes) you are allowed to use depends on which hosting plan you choose, and you are allowed unlimited number of email aliases. An alias is an email address that points to an existing email mailbox.
Am I allowed to send SPAM using your mail servers?
No. SPAM is defined as mass, unsolicited email messages (i.e. junk mail) and users who send SPAM will be immediately terminated, and will be charged theft of service fines up to $1.00 per message plus a $10.00 processing fee per complaint received.
Can I advertise my website using SPAM?
SPAM advertising can cause our website servers to be blacklisted even though the SPAM emails are not sent through our mail server. Therefore, we are forced to terminate websites hosted by us that are SPAM advertised, and will charge a $10.00 processing fee per complaint received.
Is U.S. NetworX a reseller for another hosting company?
No. We have our own servers and network facilities. Over the last 2-year reporting period, our servers have been up an average of 99.95%.
How do I report claims of copyright infringement under the DMCA?

No. Our engineers work with you to ensure that our site and email remain available.
What is the difference between Full Service and Self Service hosting?
If you sign up for one of our Full Service plans, we will upload your website, set up your email addresses, change your domain name server addresses, and test your site's functionality. If you sign up for a Self Service plan, we send you an email with instructions on how to perform these tasks yourself. Also, full service includes both phone and email support. With self service, you only get email support.
